Should UK Judges have a competancy test?

What do you expect when only privileged people get into these positions......What do they know of the real world?.....The legal system and parliament are both run by these fools but the people will do nothing about it. The legal system and MPs work in favour of less than 2% of the entire population. The stinking rich. Our legal system can be bought like a sea front , and so can our MPs. What a great way to run a country.
