How to know with-held tn dote(diploma) results...?

i completed my diploma course by april 2009, leaving behind an arrear in 3rd sem subject. in april 2010 i cleared that arrear and now about to join B.E. Now I had to know my final sem (with-held results) marks... Could someone give guidance please...
