What do you guys think about this dress?

idk, it depends on the attire of the restaurant. It does look kind of casual, but not so casual to the point where people will be saying "omg what is she doing here wearing that". I think it's fine, just as long as you wear heels, and not flip flops with it. You can almost wear some navy stockings to dress it up a bit. I like it with the way you have the sleeves scrunched up. But the normal way would look fine also. Oh and make sure to wear some gold jewelry too, it'll compliment the yellow in the dress. The dress is cute btw, I like the print. I know this a long answer, but I love fashion so...lol!
