If i wanted to be Steve Urkel for Halloween then what should i wear as my costume?

Ok this year i want to be something totally original and then i thought nobody will ever be Steve Urkel from Family Matters! Remember he was the nerdy, annoying neighbor? Im pretty convinced on being him and well halloweens about a month away and i NEED to know...WHAT should i wear as my costume?? Any details would be great from the shoes to accessories to the main outfit. P.S. Im a 7th grade GIRL!
