Im young i want to become a vigilante i have seen movies it is alot harder how do i start?

like what do i need guns ,bulletproof vest ,night vision gogles, tazer,tactical vest, blue tooth head set,hookshot, martial arts training.my community is crap im not ok with crime i want it to stop it pises me off that i cant do anything i know the consequences if i get arested..........
