What should the bucks do?

Now that they have john hammond who hired scott sciles, they are starting a rebuilding process. Is hammind going to be bill parcells or just another larry hariis? I thnk we should trade redd, williams, simmons, and villanueva. You have any trades/ideas. Please dont say the bucks suck I KNOW
