Please help me find out why a person is not getting my emails,and they do not get returned.?

I get emails form a hotmail address, but she doesn't get my answers. Where are the emails going, if she isn't getting them? They are not returned. Is it something at my end or hers? I have yahoo, and she has hotmail.
