My mum hates me help!?

she always bashes me and tells me she hates me and i always have black eyes and people ask why but i just tell tem i fell over and sometimes she makes me sleep outside and she wont even give me a blanket even when its snowing i dont know what i have done to deserve this. i have called kids help line and they said see a councellor and i dont have money to see one and we dont have a school councellor. my dad is in jail cause he robbed the local bank and killed 16 poeple when he was 22 and my life is really hard because no one likes me at school because they think i am going to kill them cause of my dad so i always find my self in the bathroom locked in a cubicle eating lunch and i dont know what to do. should i hang out in the library? even the teachers dont like me and i just want to be loved...... any help guys? and also i have no friends so i cant stay at my friends house and i have no family here they all live in england but we had to evacuate england because of my dad. also, my mum doesnt buy me clothes so i have to use rags and we dont have a toilet in our house my mum just pees and poos in the dishwasher because it goes down easily. oh and if shes angry at me she will come outside and pee or if ive done something bad she will poo on me. please help!
