Is the Sanctity of Gayatri Mantra not affected by reciting it ""as you like" type?

A mantra becomes sacred only when it is given as Upades by aGuru and as it says("Manah Traayate iti mantra" (meaning recitation with in oneself alone is Mantra>) So do not worry about the otherways which are of no use to any one as Mantara.
