If everyone paid into social security and medicare regardless of income, would conservatives seek?

to reduce those taxes as being a burden to economical growth? would taxing everyone, such as those earning over 250,000 allow social security and medicare taxes to pay down our debt faster? how much more money would we save if we were taxed fairly (meaning all income earners)? Could we include taxing benefits that CEO's get like jets, and season tickets, and golf memberships, and pent house apartments? How fast would our debt drop if we taxed those as income under social security and medicare?
