I am doing an Island Themed Anniversary for my husband. Does anyone have anygood ideas?

My husband and I usually go on a trip for our anniversary, but this year our budget wouldn't allow it. I want to do fun stuff like make island food and drinks and have lei's. I need some more ideas!! Our anniversary is nest week so i need to get busy! I would love your best ideas!! Thank you!!
