1999 Honda Civic HX vs 2002 Toyota Celica GT. Which car is better?

I am driving a Honda Civic HX 1999 model and just change timing belt + super tune up + new exhaust + new tires. It has 129,000 miles to it and run great. Should I trade that in and get a @002 Celica GT - The as asking price is $6,900 for the Celica and my Honda trade in value is $2500. I dont know what to do.. What woul;d you do if you had this Honda (paid off) - would you trade it in for a 2002 Celica?
